McKechnie Cleaning Services will be responsible for the safety and security of all McKechnie property, (cleaning materials, detergents, equipment, consumables and disposables), including equipment & property owned by clients, and the work area while in McKechnie’s care.
Cleaning associated documentation is carefully maintained ensuring that all cleaning instructions and SOP’s are adhered to.
Our duty of care to our employees and those of our clients is very important to us. Our Safety statement is included in contracts.
As part of the client job induction, McKechnie Cleaning Services will identify & familiarise itself with the exact location of the work area and services, with specific emphasis on the following:
• Fire fighting appliances and the correct use of such appliances.
• Emergency / Evacuation procedures.
• First Aid boxes.
• First Aid room.
• Medical Assistance Procedure.
McKechnie Cleaning Services provides its staff with hygienic uniforms, headgear and safety footwear. Cleaning Product Data Safety Sheets will be held on file for all chemical products used on contracts.
