Christmas 2021 Deliveries:

Orders must be placed by 2pm Monday 20th December for Christmas delivery.

For delivery in the Republic of Ireland:

Your item(s) will be delivered within 2-5 working days nationwide.

Flat Rate of €9.00 delivery on orders under €50 + VAT

Free Delivery on orders over €50 + VAT

For delivery to Northern Ireland & UK:

Your item(s) will be delivered within 2-7 working days.

Flat rate delivery on all orders of €24.60 including VAT

Stock Information

Delivery on all orders is subject to stock availability.

Should there be stocking issues with any of your ordered goods you will be contacted directly by our Sales Team to discuss lead time & delivery.

*Pre-Order items will have a varied lead time. You will be contacted directly by our Sales Team to discuss estimated lead time & delivery when ordering an stock item with Pre-Order stock status.

Returns Policy

1.Change of mind:

  • When buying online, you are given a cooling-off period of 14 days.
  • The cooling off period ends 14 days from the date you receive your goods.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal/cancellation, you must unequivocally advise us of your decision to withdraw/cancel the purchase. You can do this by sending an e-mail to, or calling our sales team on 021-4618222.It is not enough to just send the goods back without prior notification.
  • You must then return the goods within 14 days from withdrawal/cancellation date.
  • You should receive a full refund, including any delivery charges you may have paid when ordering, within 14 days of withdrawal/cancellation. We may wait to refund you until we have received the returned item into our warehouse so we can ensure goods are in the same working order/state as we originally dispatched. Delivery charge will not be refunded if only part of your order is cancelled or returned.
  • If you cancel the order because you change your mind, you will have to pay for the cost of returning it. (See ‘Booking  A Return’ details below)
  • You are required to take good care of the goods and you may be liable for the diminished value of goods caused by handling them beyond what’s necessary to be sure they work and are what you ordered.
  • Cancellation will not be accepted in certain cases including where:
  1. The goods cannot be returned because they were made according to your specifications or were personalized for you.
  2. The goods seals have been broken by you and cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons.

2. Faulty / Damaged Goods:

  • If you purchase goods that are faulty or damaged you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances of the case. Please contact our sales team to report the fault by email at or by phone on 021-4618222. Our sales team will then advise how to proceed.
  • In the case of faulty goods you do not have to pay for the cost of return. Our sales team will arrange a reverse pick up.

3. Goods not received:

  • You should receive the goods no later than 30 days from the date of purchase unless an alternative date has been agreed between you our sales team. This may occur in the case of Pre-Order items. Our sales team in the case of Pre-Order will contact you directly to advise you of estimated delivery time.
  • If the goods are not delivered within the 30 day time frame (or the agreed/discussed time frame with our sales team), you should contact the sales team and arrange another date that is suitable to you or receive a full refund.

4. Booking in a Return:

  • In the case of faulty/damaged goods, a return must be booked in directly with our sales team. To arrange a return please contact our sales team directly by mail at or by phone on 021-4618222 and they will arrange a reverse pick up.
  • In the case of Change of Mind, you also have the option to request our sales team to arrange a reverse pick up and they will advise of the charge due for this service.  The estimated cost will be our flat rate shipping rate of €9.00 for ROI customers and €24.60 for NI & UK customers.
